Okay, what about players who purposely deflate their rating to win trophies in under 1200 rated blitz tournaments? I just ran into a 2 people doing this... one guy (above 1500 rating player) manipulated his rating to 150, another (also above 1500) manipulated his rating to 500... Me, (I was rated 1140+) before the tournament... but now I'm under 1100... I wanted to play in the tournament to see how I do against players my level in a tournament setting and have a chance to win a trophy... but all I ended up with is being trolled for rating points and no chance to win. What kinds of measures are there to deal with players who purposely have long losing streaks?
