What are all these Notations?

In chess game analysis, I always see these symbols next to the move made...

Like:

Rxe8! or Qd2? or Kf1?! or g6!? or Bxa1!! and even Na4!?!?! Yell

What do they mean? Innocent

! = good move

!!= brilliant move

!? = interesting move

?! = dubious move

!?!?! = I'm a patzer who wants to appear interesting

!? Speculative attempt to complicate (really, I read that in a book once)

! = Good move

? = Bad move

!? = Interesting/unusual but probably good move

?! = Interesting/unusual but probably bad move

?? = Horrendous

!?!?! = ?

Anyways.. thanks for the info. But how does the analyzer know weather the move was good or bad? (Unless ofcourse it was REALLY obvious)

Well it is the opinion off the analyzer.  These days, they mostly check it with a strong engine, but in old books for example you could find a "!"  when modern analyses has proven that the move deserves  a "?" instead. (or vice versa)
