I have not clicked the link, but I don't see any more reason why you couldn't have trojans on a blogspot blog than in a gmail email.
You might have to actually approve the download in order to get the trojan, but that doesn't mean it can't contain trojans.
Also it's possible to hide links within other links. e.g. google.com
