What are the benefits from upgrading Chessbase 12 to 16?

I suggest you send an email to the Chessbase company asking them to point out the possible benefits of the upgrade you are contemplating. The company has a financial interest in highlighting how their latest database program could be of benefit to you. And it will cost you nothing to see if what they discuss with you is persuasive
Hi, I am currently using Chessbase 12, mostly to work on my opening repertoire, and brief analysis of games that I played online.
my repertoire is in pgn files and not in cbh, so I am currently not using repertoire database function since it does not work on pgn files.
I am also rarely using a Reference Database feature, because the DB that I have is out of date, and online database is much faster - so that's what I use quite often to look up the stats for various opening positions. I keep my stockfish up to date.
Is it worth it for me to upgrade CB from 12 to 16? Are there new features that would help me out dramatically with what I do?
