You CAN play with a staff in 2000 games if the chance 1 in 200 000, because
1. You are lucky.
2. 1 in 200 000 doesn't mean that you will only face a staff member on the 200.000th game, but that you will face a staff member ONCE in 200 000 games, which can be the 2000th game, the 1st game or the 200.000th game, or none - random is random.

I've played this staff member a couple of times now. Think I've played with other staff members before. It's definitely not a 1 in 200k chance

I lost to staff. I'm used to losing so no biggie. But it was a great game and an outstanding checkmate!! :-)
