What chess program are they using in this video?

Yea I have heard of chess24.com, but this doesn't look like a website, it looks like a separate program.

It says Live Chess Viewer 2.1.9.  It's probably a COTS app they customized and integrated into their site.

No,  I'm at the chess24 website. This is a separate program, not a website.

I believe it is a proprietatry GUI that chess24 uses to broadcast tournaments. Other sites can take the feed of whatever tourney they want to show.

You could always contact the CCSCL and ask them to be sure.
