What do you say one move from mating your opponent!

i remember once i made a move and saw it was forced mate in like 5 moves after my opponent thinking for like 5 minutes i asked him how do i write the mate notation in the scoresheet? Beacuse i was writing down the forced mate :P. He resigned a few minutes later

Why are people taking these replies so seriously? It's obvious that this thread is just for fun, and making comments like: "Say gg or nothing at all" are a bit out of place. 

Among close friends, I like to delay the mate a move or two. I then say something like: "Mate in -1"

i wait til 0.02 or 0.03 0.01 is too risky
