What do you think about having drawback on draw for tournaments

Maybe they can make winning more rewarding and draws having drawbacks. I'm not talking about 3-0-1 or 3-1-0 whatever the order was cuz Hikaru said it was once implemented and didn't change anything. Currently I can't think of other ways to put benefit on wining. But drawback on draw there might be a lot of possible variation. Let's say for each 3 draws you have your total points will be deducted by 0.5 points. We can also reduce the clock of a player by 30 sec if he/she has 5draws. Like bunch of these example where the player will be more willing to play for the win and hesitant to play for a draw. Players might even use it to compete where one player has room for draws and the other already 1 draw away from penalty. The player with room for draw will play for draw while the other one struggle to win like an Armageddon but the player can be any color.
