Depends on the time control.
What time control do you mean?
The pool of players is different in different time controls.
For instance, people saying(I didn't play this myself) in bullet 30sec is much easier than 1min. And 2+1 is harder than 1min.
In rapid 10min is much easier than 30min. Etc...

You're saying you're 2250 on lichess and 2200 on chess.com. What time control do you mean?
Looking at your ratings you seem to be a mediocre player who is quite versed and quick on the internet servers (in that pools / among that populations). All those speed tricks won't work otb, so good luck with your chess career!
Internet servers are rather esports or action games, younger people perform better due to their reflexes and fitness.

Kinda true.
Kramnik said that chess begins from 3+2 time control. Everything faster than 3+2 - just mouse skills. I tend to agree with him.
I'm 2200 bullet here and used to be 2200 rapid at some point. On liches s I have 2250 on classical
How can you compare bullet or 10min rapid with classical on lichess?
At least try to compare the same time controls. As I mentioned earlier, even inside chess.com pools of the players are different.
Let's say you're 2200 in the bullet. Try to play 2+1 bullet and you'll understand what I'm talking about.
I'm 2250 on lichess, 2200 on chess... and my OTB is 1450 lol, because I didn't play during the pandemic. What do you think is the rating relationship between chess.com, lichess and OTB?
