Play 10 minute blitz. Don’t hang pieces. Know your openings. Don’t lose on time.
What do you think the ideal training regiment looks like for 1800-2000 Blitz/Rapid players?

I appreciate the meme but I think that's better advice for 900-1400
thats ...a meme?! I mean, it got me to 2200+

Maybe this is too much for me, but I'd dare to advice OTB play, in case you are not doing it already.

i hang pieces time to time too (mostly when im tilted tho)
you say this advice is best suited for 900-1400 players, but a brief look at your games seem to indicate otherwise. The following game is the most recent game from your archive (as of right now)

Im not making fun of this - again, I do this myself in blitz - but the point is that following the advice I gave isn't so simple.
Good luck!

otb (classical) play doesn't really help you too too much in terms of blitz skills - blitz games are more about just not hanging material and pattern recognition. obviously, otb is beneficial, im jut saying its not as effective as other methods.

Right I mean if you don't hang pieces and don't lose on time you'll always win up to master level play, but that's not really "advice". That's kinda like saying, "just play good". There's reasons that you hang pieces and lose on time. It's not as simple as just, "don't do those things".

No, I mean playing blitz OTB.
yeah, that helps, although i feel blitz otb and online are completely different - thats probably just me though, i havent played much blitz otb

ok fine, blunder check, practice tactics, make sure you know your openings, play longer time controls, learn the endgame structures resulting from your opening, know some general middlegame plans. analyze and annotate your game without the engine first.
I'm not so interested in ever playing FIDE/USCF but I would like to continue to improve my game for Blitz/Rapid!
Here are my current stats; maybe that will help render some more specific advice as well. They are a bit low for my usual play. I've been playing more on another site recently and broke into the 2100s in rapid and 2000s in blitz there
