What does Glicko RD mean?

Y'all I was looking through my stats and I saw Gilcko RD 36. I did some research about it but I still do not understand anything. Can someone pelase explain

High RD means the system is not confident your rating is correct. It's the highest when an account is new and has no games played. It slowly goes up when you don't play games. It goes down when you play games... which makes sense, because that means the system is more confident your rating is correct.

When RD is high, your rating can change a lot. Think of it like a multiplier. Instead of winning or losing 10 points in a game, it might change by 40, or 130, or etc.

When RD is very low, you will gain and lose fewer points. So instead of a standard 10, you might gain or lose 7 or 5.

(The standard is you win 10 points for beating someone the same rating as you. I don't know what RD this represents though)
