I have 21 brilliants it's not hard, just play naturally. (I got 3 in one day once, and 2 in one day like a month later)
Anything up to and including 'best' move is objective and valid. Anything beyond that is subjective and meaningless.

1. What is the difference between a great move and a brilliant move?
2. Do you need to have premium for/to get a brilliant move or non-premium players can get it too?

Brilliant moves tend to involve things like sacrifices. No you don't need to be premium. Here's an example of a game with two brilliant moves (at least when I run the analysis) despite me not having premium

"Brilliant move" = " a sacrifice that is good".
To get a brilliant move you need to sacrifice a ♝, ♜, or ♛.

no, some brilliants can be pawn moves or sacrifices.
I've only got 1 brilliant move but I have got about 32 greats
