what does Starts when full: 30/50 in league

in the time that I'm writing this, its written Starts when full: 30/50 under my league , Chrystal what does it means? 

yeah i guess too I'm in champion league with 420 trophies its says 30/50 maybe we should ask someone in the legend league to share his exprience

There were some code changes recently pushed out but it doesn't appear that everything needed is in place. I know staff are aware and looking into it.

At the end of the day, Leagues does not matter. Lots of Legend players having 400-600 rating

They must be looking into it, i think it may be due to people accounts being closed

Here from legends league (just got promoted), same for me: "starts when full 30/50".

I was playing a lot for the the leagues, just to compete. It's fun to have something to accomplish besides elo and gaining matches, even though a lot of leagues are being played at the same time.
Makes you feel special in some way, which in turn makes you want to play and learn more
