Sorry I don't remember the tech explanation for why Explorer is such a pain for Chess.com to work with but why not just follow the chess.com advice and use one of the recommended browsers instead?
What ever you just installed, Internet Explorer can't follow.

Chess.com; Thank you for backing off on latest version/update. It really did need some further testing. The Analysis option during a game seemed to have a few problems (besides some others). If you need someone to help beta test or comment on changes, I would gladly help.

There is also an associated setting to turn on in your settings.
I need to go to Chrome. Don't you all test updates to make sure they work everywhere?
