I noticed that it is just gone
It was disabled early February.
Basically it wasn't working as originally intended, was causing issues due to size (over 2.7 million members), and due to the size having events wasn't manageable.
was it cuz of the spamming
That helped make the decision
this should be like a seasonal thing. every few months a person should get a limited achievement for getting in the the top of that "season"
