Not likely to find an HGM at a tournament for juniors.
The unofficial title of super GM has been around awhile. It used to represent 2600+ rated players, now for 2700+ rated players soon to be for 2800+ rated players.
Elite GM was rejected by FIDE.
The World Junior Championship has a reference to the HGM title, listed before the GM title. See the end of these pages for boys and girls.
Anyone have other references and what HGM stands for?
