3 min per side is considered blitz , bullet is usually 2 min per side and faster , most popular bullet time control is probably now 1 0  ( 1 min per player for the entire game ) 

Well, you see, I tried to focus on the core message. Some comments classify two or even three minutes games bullet. I thought bullet is a fixed term for 1 minute only.

2 minutes, 1 second increment is the slowest bullet game to my knowledge.  anything below that is bullet, 2/2 is blitz.  bullet is also sometimes called lightning chess.  used to be, anyhow.
