What is generally considered a large rating difference in chess is it 25,50,100 etc?

A 400 or larger point difference is normally what I would call large. Games between players that have stable ratings and that large of a difference are often pretty one-sided. Though 200+ points is fairly large too but a little less lopsided in skill level. Less than that and the games are usually more competitive.
