Just beat him on my alt account and I’m 1700 rated at my best, I just came here to check whether his rating went down or something, because it’s the first time I beat a 2200+ bot on no help mode 😂

Bot ratings do appear to be very inaccurate. It also has to do with your own playing style. That means you can beat a higher rated bot when it is set to play a particular way.
