Quick question: When you are in the middle of a game and you open or look at a different tab in your browser does the chat alert the other player of a 'disconnection' or 'soandso left the chat'? If so, I might be annoying a lot of people. During a game I will often check out my opponents stats to see how many games they've played, and what not.
What is it with all of these disconnections?

I hate it,i just lost a game with a 4 point material advantage had full wifi but it wouldnt let me reconnect,now i didnt only lose the game but also elo!
i have no idea of websites that forfiet on dc, all of them that i know of allows a window to reconnect.
i really see no reason for them not to be able to reconnect if they are losing? their time still goes down in the dced window
