What is Magnus’ IQ
"200 would put him up there with the likes of Newton. I find that quite unlikely."
Magnus would also find that unlikely! He as been quoted as saying "I'm an average guy. My dad is a lot more intelligent than I am"

I think he might be autistic like Elon Musk

Maybe
I think he might be autistic like Elon Musk
Autistic people are among some of the most intelligent people to ever live, or lived. Why do people only assume all autistic are heavily impaired cognitively? Asperger's is a type that is associated with high iq.

maybe you're autistic because Elon ain't autistic

- Magnus Carlsen, a Norwegian chess grandmaster, is the current World Chess Champion. He is widely considered one of the greatest chess players of all time.
- Carlsen has not publicly disclosed or taken an official IQ test.
- Estimates, based on his chess abilities, suggest an IQ between 190 and 200. These estimates come from his strategic thinking and problem-solving skills during chess games, and his overall cognitive abilities.
- An IQ score of 190-200 would be at a "genius" level, far exceeding the average IQ of 100 and the typical range of top chess players.
200 would put him up there with the likes of Newton. I find that quite unlikely.
Where did you get that
I personally guess his IQ is 192 or something.
Einstein, was about 150 to 170, so if your correct he shouldn't be playing chess, but instead solving world hunger, poverty, and designing critical infrastructure.

With respect Newton was nowhere close to that Iq. He observed gravity a skill any of us could and applied a calculus equation to figure it out....He was brilliant, but not at 200 imo.

His research on gravity was just one of his many, many achievements, many of which were revolutionary and significantly advanced human civilisation. Take into consideration he lived in the 17th century and did many of these without assistance, I'd say he was the smartest out of all the great developers, such as Einstein. He also discovered calculus on his own.

I agree with you, given his limited time period he did achieve a lot. Tesla would maybe rival him...
