It depends on who is to move, but in my (rookie) opinion, London opening is very...very trash. I've won a lot of games with Caro-Kann defense though.

Best openings for white are the London and the Catalan. For black, the Caro and the Nimzo-Indian are good. So is KID.
Worst openings, other than meme openings like Bongcloud, Grob, or Englund, are probably the Kings Gambit, the Four Knight symmetrical, and the Slav defense.

I wouldn't bother about this at your level. Your losses and wins most likely have little to do with the openings you play. Choose an opening you like and stick to it.
