What is the Best Chess Magazine?

Hey,

I just started learning chess about 2 months (~1300) ago and I was wondering what the best chess magazine is. I'm looking for a magazine you can learn the most from, so it would ideally include annotated games, articles, endgame studies, puzzles, etc. I am not as concerned with the news part of chess, but I'll take some here and there. So, what is your favorite chess magazine? What have you learned the most from? Would you recommend it for a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player?

The choice is really between "New in Chess" and "Chess Life", IMHO. Beginners would probably benefit more from "Chess Life".
