Whatever sound opening suits your style. Of course Bobby Fischer said that after e4, white wins by force.
@DoYouLikeCurry I know, but that is the main 1st move that I do. I also like the Ponzani opening.

Fischer never said that. He said '1 e4 best by test'. He also said 'chess is a draw'.
Obviously it is the king's pawn #1. It's the best by test after all.
The best opening is the one you are most comfortable and familiar with. It's important to study and understand the ideas and plans behind the openings you choose to play.
