This is what I use for mine, set it a few years ago and like it so much haven't changed it since!

Currently use this, I used to use purple but just switched to blue. Think it looks a little nicer

Can't think of anything more efficient than that:

Combines the apaising green with best contrast and most readable pieces. (about same than in many books & magazines).

Also commonly used in clubs competitions, hence, familiar:
