what is the bullet and blitz chess?

they are the game blundering. every move is a blunder in them. even if it is not a blunder you don't know why that's not a blunder. it ruins your chess grows. chess is all about pattern recognition and if you have not done enough puzzles and rapid chess in 3 and 1 minute game, you are going to be slow and bad. I wrote this because I want to tell you " why don't you see improvement in your chess?" stick into the rapid chess as long as you are at a strong level. or if you're doing bullet and blitz, then analyze them afterwards.
