What is the conversion factor between USCF rating and Chess.com ratings?

I currently have a USCF rating at about 1300, but my chess.com Rapid is about 1900, my blitz is usually between 1750 and 1800, and my bullet is a little over 1700. Does anyone know what this usually translates to in over the board ratings?

O-O

By what I have seen the difference is like 200-300 points

Isn't a USCF rating obtained from playing over the board? So you already have an OTB rating of 1300?

I'd agree that 200-300 is typical, but there's a fairly wide range. I'd bet that the poster is simply much better at fast chess than at slower time controls -- that is, he's not much more accurate when he has extra time than he is when he plays quickly. I'm the opposite -- much better at avoiding mistakes and working things out correctly when I have plenty of time. So my USCF rating is only about 100 points worse than my online rapid rating, and it's *better* than my online blitz and, especially, bullet ratings.
