It depends what you mean by good. I’m quite good (according to the percentages on here) and was a decent English club player, but I’m not actually anything like as good as loads of strong club or county players, never mind titled players
Ratings just pair you up with people about as good as you are.

Chess.com people have a weird warped sense of what is a good rating because there are so many low rated players
It is called including average people not just FIDE players.
