When I type in forums it says “ can’t authenticate with the server”. Why?

This can happen for multiple reasons, but this two is the most common:
1. You have been blocked by the creator of the thread.
2. Your account has been restricted (muted) from messaging. But then you should've gotten a message from chess.com.
