What is wrong with raiting?

Why 600-800 rating is so hard to play? I know I am not smart enough to play on 1000+, but what is going on with a 600-800 rating when most of the rules do not work, the game feels full of chaos, or brilliant people when you su*k more that any w**re on this planet!
How to relax and have a fan after work...One year of playing and 0 progress...How to see far more than 2-3 moves? Does age matter too much for this game? I don't know. I am stuck on this chaos rating...
When I play with bots 1000+, I see what I am doing wrong, but with people 600-800 it's - WTF? 
And all those bloggers said, " If you can open chess, you have 800 ratings, the lowest rating, so we have nothing to discuss here..."
What should I do to become smarter?
