Try percentile. See if one site has stronger players.
Lichess classical is a small pool of less than 20,000 players. I find it very hard to get into the top 20% of that pool, but am in the top 5% here for rapid. Its a tougher pool.
I've heard that there are plans for a classical pool on this site. I also heard that Donald Trump has integrity, humility, and altruistic, compassionate motives. I don't believe that either.

The rating inflation seems to lessen the higher the rating though, for example a 600 here could be 1000+ on lichess but once you get to like 2100-2200+ the difference is only like 50-100
its simple, lichess ratings are inflated at lower lower and chess.com's ratings are inflated at higher level
