chess.com ratings are lower than lichess ratings. A formula used by some people to compare the two systems is chess.com elo * 0.75 + 650 = lichess equivalent

im a worthless case since i dont really play here so i have a 2200 blitz rating on chess.com but my lichess rapid is 2430 at the moment. Been told is somewhat on the low side for my OTB rating, but the correlation between lichess rating and real world rating shows ridiculous spread, especially in rapid.
ahhhhh yes... 2230 bullet here, 2110 bullet lichess. 2140 blitz here, 1980 blitz lichess, and 1990 rapid here, 1810 rapid lichess. ah yes.

What's the story here?
Blitz 1080 here, 1450 there. Rapid 1240 here, 1650 there. But I reckon I can narrow this gap down quite a lot. People are just more careful here, but dont play any better really.

for me, lichess.org rating is always higher 200-250 points.
Actually, 1300 at chess.com and 1550 at lichess.org for blitz games.

I think Chess.com has some good features that lichess does not, however the Lichess UI is definitely more responsive, and offers a better experience in these short time controls. That responsiveness might also offer an advantage to a particular type of player.
