what is your chess.com rating compared to your Lichess rating?

When I learned an opening some time ago, the problem was that people didn't play the way the theory said they should. And I didn't know how to react to the new positions. So on two days I used an engine during the game so that I could learn something from it. I didn't want to get a higher rating and I thought that with a rating of 1200 it doesn't matter if you lose or win or if you use an engine. I got caught and my account was banned. Now I have made a change and am ashamed of those two days. I realized that many on Lichess and Chess do it for exactly the same reason I did. They want to learn something but at the same time they destroy the game and the fun.

The proper approach is to look at the engine after the game, where it will suggest to you what are the best responses to every move made by you and your opponent. That way, you will know what to do when you encounter the same off beat move again.

Yes, that is clear and also correct. But you can always just wait until the first move where you are unsure and see what the engine says. After that you don't know how the opponent would have acted. It would be better to play with friends and a coach would accompany the game. In the end, you just have to invest a lot of time to get better, it takes patience and there is no shortcut. For a beginner it is difficult to find the right way to get better. I now focus on two openings, with tasks, book, videos, analysis, GM games and of course playing. Less short games but more min 20min games where you have longer time to think.
Lichess bullet 2053, blitz 2177, rapid 2305
Chess.com bullet 1816, blitz 1872, rapid 1833. I was 2176 in blitz a couple of weeks ago, before playing too many league games, but then I was quite overrated.

I'm supposed to be 2200 USCF and 2200 FIDE after looking at both my chess.com and lichess comparisons. Unfortunately I am about 200 points short in regard to USCF and 2200 points short in regard to FIDE

The importance question is: Should I believe in chess.com rating or lichess or NON?
