anyone????????
What is your favorite Opening.Do you recomend it to players my Rating???????

Catalan as white, Paulsen as black. Recommend the Paulsen, not the Catalan since the calculation required could get potentially nuts. You also need some positional understanding. The Paulsen can have some sensitive spots (e.g., 5.f4,d6) but finding the best move in those cases is obvious. The most critical lines to study after 4...a6 are c4 and Bd3 from white. The idea behind 4...a6 is to keep pieces off b5 so you could play Qc7, so the reason is somewhat different than the Najdorf where you certainly keep pieces off b5 but also prepare an e5 advance. Both a6 maneuvers ultimately invlove the center. Qc7 watches over e5, the c-file, and prepares placing a rook on d8 since a rook is better on d8 in such positions than a queen.

Kings Indian Attack for white. You can do it regardless of black's opening usually and it puts your King in protection rather quickly.

Well I just play generic Q-pawn as White -- as Black I like Modern Scandi (with Portuguese Gambit if required) v e4 and Tarrasch v d4...

I prefer Sicilian defense for Black (because of the drawing probability) and the Giuoco Piano for White.

I like to engage in openings that are easy to play and allows you to avoid any deep debate regarding theory. I've profound passion for Italian Game and Scotch Game. One of the opening i've certain dislike for is especially the Ruy Lopez because it's so positional and a lot of piece maneuvering in the opening phase which i find not pleasing.

whatever gets you to tactics fastest is best (and by tactics I mean something other than a 2 piece attack or a pin that is ineffectual) for example KG, EG, Italian game, Stuff like that look at what was played in the 19th Century for what openings for us lower rated players to play, and tactics tactics tactics, (I like the KG btw)
My favorite is the Ruy Lopez.
