I have dozens of cool sacrifices memorised across various openings, so it’s hard to narrow it down! But this sequence is particularly beautiful, and gets bonus points because the many traps of the Budapest gambit are so fun for players like me that don’t enjoy the positional games that d4 often brings…

Not a super common one, alas. But the few times I’ve uncorked it (including one memorable OTB game) it’s been a real treat
