And if your rating is under 2200, you are a weak player, regardless of whether or not you memorized a few opening moves to satisfy some engine criterion for "accuracy". Your opponents are outsmarting you and outplaying you which is why your rating is poor.

Which numbers you mean? The percentage numbers? If yes, then I give you an idea: If you analyse a game with the engine of chess.com and klick on report (hope that´s the right name, because I´ve the german site) then you get not only the analyse of your moves (20 best, 5 ok, 2 errors and so on) but also very prominently your rating of accuracy in percent. that´s it what we here discuss - more or less (more less than more 
)
