What is your opinion on people who play over 5,000 games a month?

What do you mean by "playing"?  "Trying to win"?

5000 bullet games would be close to 10000 minutes.

Divide by 60 to convert to hours: 10000/60 = 166.66 hours.  That's 40 hours a week.

They are either consuming stimulants, participating in a bet, or on the road to serious burnout/possible heart attack.

It's probably do-able if you are dumping the games, and definitely not doable if you are doing longer time controls.

About 160 games per day, 6 games per hour…..hmmm if it was bullet games it would probably be about only 12-6 minutes per hour, which is ok i guess. But if it was blitz or rapid that’s maybe 24-12 hours per day….I would probably go see a psychiatrist…

Oops, I forgot to calculate sleeping, eating, etc...wow that's a lot of chess!
