What is your opinion on stalemate?

it is stupid

I think it's good and follows from the basic rule of each player having to take a turn and the king being unable to move into check. Most stalemates are because  a player isn't paying enough attention or is playing to quickly.  Also, many drawn endgames would not be drawn if it wasn't due to stalemate as well.

Then, a player being able to find a forced stalemate, is pretty interesting sometimes.

Stalemate rule thinks you are even more stupid.

Stalemate serves an important function:

It teaches you not to turn off your brain when you're winning.
