Probably Alakazam is my guess, but maybe even better than a psychic type with high IQ is whichever Pokemon plays chess a lot. A we all here should know, chess isn't just about intelligence, but rather more so about chess pattern recognition. Hmm, which Pokemon looks like a tough chess opponent?
Lucario maybe? Mewtwo perhaps? Ditto looks like he can transform initiative into an attack...
