What Rating if You Never Miss a 3-ply Tactic

I'm curious what rating people would assign to a player who never misses a 3-ply tactic.
They can be overall strategically average, have ordinary endgame understanding, not really know openings all that well, but they never give up a 3-ply tactic to the opponent, and they never miss one when it is available...
What rating would that be?
