No, the fire is a lack of time. You must think quickly when you play bullet, and suggesting that the other person is making you use too much time on your move or suggesting that they are playing too quickly is ludicrous. They can play how they want to, and you MUST adapt, or else you will lose.

1. The mods do the banning, but they can sometimes be just as sensitive as the community.
2. The answer to your last sentence can be compared to this: If you try to make something foolproof, the universe will make a better idiot.
