WHAT SHOULD BE MY NEXT MOVE????

I really need help with this... I either move my queen or take the e5 pawn. Is there a better move?
Clearly you need help, those are terrible choices.
Take the f pawn of course.

Exactly. Now black can't castle.

Yeah, I guess trading a pawn for a queen is not so good.
Here's an improvement
This way you get a whole knight for the queen. That's like... 3 times better than the pawn thing.

But I lost my queen. while they still have theirs! Should I just start like this instead?
Drop all that scholar mate crap and play Nf3 instead to focus on a solid opening.

I like to play anon blitz games because good chance of playing newbies.
Got this opening on my first try

1 e4 e5 2 Bc4
I coached a high school team to the county championship and 3rd in state on the back of the Bishop's Opening. We tried to get in f4, but no sooner than the 5th move though sometimes we had trouble if Black played ...Bc5. A typical game, that worked very well for us, transposes from Bishop's Opening to Vienna Game to King's Gambit Declined and would open as below. We often played f5 if Black didn't take the f4-pawn, develop with a K-side attack in mind, castle Q-side O-O-O, then launch a pawn storm at White's K-side. It's very effective and it gives you a plan right from the start:
