I have reported two persons but still chess.com have not given result

yes i also reported many people but they dont get ban

the only thing i can do is block that guy

Don't value his opinion just report him and move on. They are just some kind of losers. If u value it u r gonna suffer thats all.

This persons are not even good player because of there abuse and I don't think that they make their own future in chess

I am not staff, so do not know how things are handled. I would presume that a report stars things rolling. First or several reports would most likely lead to a warning for the offender. Continued reports would then lead to either a ban (for serious offenses - sexual harassment), or more likely for most fair play policies, they end up not banned, but put in the poor players pool where they play only against other abusers. Simply report them and move on.
