What I know:

Candidate master (CM), required elo: 2200
Fide Master (FM), required elo:
2300
International master (IM), required elo:
2400
Grandmaster (GM), required elo:
2500

But what is a NM?

NM is not a FIDE title. That title is given by some National Chess Federations. For example, in the US NM is 2200+ under the US Chess rating system
