What to do at this position ? Often People do this .. if i capture the pawn the black queen takes the white queen then i have also to take his queen by my king and so i cant do casteling .. And if i will not capture his pawn he will capture my pawn then kight .. What to do at this position ..

Sorry, I didn't understand any of what you said past your 1st line. There are some free online language translators out there. Just looking at the position, I'd agree with what Scarblac said..

After 4.Bb5 perhaps 4...f6!? is interesting (I think it's a good move after 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.c3 d5 4.Qa4, so why not here).

No time to look if it makes any sense or to make a diagram, but one wild line is 5.Nxe5? fxe5 6.Qh5+ g6 7.Qxe5+ Qe7 8.Qxh8 Qxe4+ 9.Be2? Qxh1+ 10.Bf1 Bh3 and black wins.

I'm not an expert on the Scandinavian defense (1.d5), but here's the usual line which I'm sure someone will expand upon: 2.exd5 Qxd5 3.Nc3 where Black has a few options. Another possible way to play is 2.d4 transposing into a dubious, but playable gambit..
