Try to improve the position of your pieces. Ask yourself (or the pieces as Swedish GM Tiger Hillarp Persson does) wich piece is most badly placed, were would each piece prefer to be placed, etc.
And be aware of moves that could open the position. Both you own and your opponents possibilities.
