Do you have a coach ?
What To Get?
Yes but I believe that most of what you do to improve in chess is what you do and study, although a coach always helps
Okay, with that rating you are close enough to expert, but are still a solid A player. Here are my recommendations which have in turn been recommended by titled people:
The next Chessbase (it's yearly, don't bother with the 2013 one), go for Mega if you have that kind of money since it includeds annotated games.

The new editions of ECE will be out at the end of the month, I'm assuming you have at least a basic understanding of all types of endgames, so to really drill into your head the various endgame themes and patterns:

Diamond here can only help, especially tactics and Chess Mentor.
The latest Deep Shredder or Hiarcs since they give more human recommendations but are still tactically strong enough to find what you've overlooked.
Hi, I recently was thinking about putting to use some of the (lots) money I get from winning chess tournaments. I have Fritz 11, which is pretty outdated, and also have $1500 from winning the U1800 Section of the 2012 American Open. I was wondering, what would be most useful to my chess improvement. A diamond membership, chessbase, or maybe some other useful website or books. Thanks! 😉
Oh, BTW, my USCF Rating is 1932.
