Well thanks everyone. The reason my daily chess is so low is I was forced to time out quite a few games recently and I don't take daily to seriously.

The only way to tell what your USCF rating would be is to play USCF rated games. That said, others can look at your historical games and try to make some kind of prediction but the margin of error is likely +/- 300 and depends on a number of factors.

Daily and rapid are usually overrated. 700 is not a bad guess.

But I'm sure it's disappointing to hear low numbers. Online ratings can give people a false sense for where they are. Like in that article I linked for you, the person took an online test that said they should be rated 1700 or something, and their chess.com rapid was 1400-1500.
And their first tournament rating? Under 500.
