A serious OTB tournament playing U10 would be rated up to 1150 FIDE. I'd expect a serious OTB tournament playing U14 to be rated 1200 to 1400 FIDE.
edit: With the March 2024 FIDE boost add 400 to those figures
According to the calculator,

100! is most certainly NOT equal to 9.3e + 157. First off, 100! isn't even a number.
