Bets continuation for white is Rxf6 then black must be careful because :

if ..gxf6 ?  , then 2.Bh6! ( 2. Qxf6 is actually a mistake as black can equalise, Qe6 3. Qg5+  Kh8 approximately equal )  Qe6 3. Qg3+  Ng6 4. Bxf8 and white is wnning

Black's best response is .. Nxd3 2. Qd4 Nc5 3. Bc3 , white hasa small advantage

How about Rg3 as it leaves the bishop unprotected as the pawn is pinned, only defence would be a queen protection, with perhaps a follow up of Bh6.

I am not a great chess player i tend to play more of the cuff hence my great losses and low rating lol.

But that is what i would look to do with no great analysis just gut instinct. Hope people can help me out and point me in the right direction.

Rg3 Bh4 looks good to me

If 1.Rg3 than black will simply take the white bishop , with 1.. Nxd3 and then white has to capture with the rook , therefore losing a tempo ( 2. Bh6 in this case doesn't work as the  queen is under attack  )

No, if black plays 1....Nxd3 then white take Qxf6 ... and black are lost :).. Better to play Bh4 .. to get an exchange

Always sack the exchange!

I looked at Rxf6 but it doesn't work and leads to an equal position. So I might play Rg3, which seems strong. If Bh4 Rxg7+ etc, black can't take the d3B and has to play something like Qe3. Then white plays Be2 and seems to have a good attack with both bishops coming in.
